"Patch Plus Paint company was referred to me by Samms Heating and Air. They had replaced my air/heating units but in doing so, they popped a few seams on the ceiling. Samm's was picking up the tab for the repair. They scheduled to come out Monday 10/16 but on Saturday, while pulling Halloween/Christmas/books out of the attic, I slipped and put my foot through the ceiling. I texted on Saturday (10/14) with a pic to see if they could repair it at the same time. I had a positive response in less than 10 minutes. See pics of ceiling repair. Awesome work. And the original patch/painting came out great too. They had to match the ceiling paint in two different rooms with some old paint I had. If they couldn't, would have been a massive job. "I had originally hired Amin to do some ceiling patch work that was caused from a leak. Ceiling drywall had to be replace and the work was seamless. I had a bunch of paint projects that I put on hold, but again hired Amin and his team to paint 2 spare rooms, our master bed (plus ceilings) and bath and I'm so pleased with the work they did. "My living room needed popcorn ceiling removal, I had a crack in the living room wall that was poorly patched before I moved in my house, and I had holes in my garage ceiling where he solar water heater pipes went through. Amin was on time for his estimate appointment, provided Sherman-Williams and Benjamin Moore paint color samples which he left for our paint color decision. Patch Plus Paint was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I had receive. I get a minimum of three estimates when I am looking for contractors to do work around my house. The timeline Amin was five to six days and his workers completed the job on time in 5 days. I had other ceilings textured and painted in the house that I was not pleased with. Amin stresses the process for quality work. On my living room ceiling his crew removed the popcorn, mud over the tape line, floated "smoothed out" the ceiling, then textured with crow's feet which match the other area of the house. Even though there was a disclaimer that it might not match the texture, his crew matched the existing crow's feet texture perfectly. Then the applied a coat a primer and two coats of paint. The living room wall crack was patched with new drywall pieces secured by six 2" screws mud over the seam and then textured to the existing wall. You cannot tell there was a crack there. Same process was used in the garage, but I only had holes filed and textured. All drywall repairs look great. Amin will say how many workers will show up on each day and they will show up. We agreed on an 8:30 am start time and the workers were on time and ready to work at the specified time. The quality and professional workmanship for Amin's process its top notch. This job was an incredibly positive experience and I highly recommend Patch Plus Paint for all your drywall and painting needs."
